Raymond Mill

Raymond mill is a grinding mill with a long history, and it is the ancestor of the trapezium mill. It is mainly used for small and medium-sized mines, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, refractory materials, pharmaceutical, cement and other industries. And it is suitable for gypsum, talc, calcite, limestone, marble, dolomite, barite, granite, kaolin, bauxite, iron oxide, iron ore etc. The max feeding grain size is 20-30mm. The grain size of product is 1.6-0.045mm. The production capacity is 1.2-11T/H.

Structure of Raymond Mill

The Raymond mill structure mainly consists of the host, analyzer, fan, a cyclone separator, the finished product powder cyclone separator and an air pipe. Among them, the host is composed of a machine frame, a wind inlet volute, blade, roll grinding, grinding ring, a cover casing. The Raymond grinding mill was ever popular in mining, building materials, chemical engineering and metallurgy industries for size reduction, dispersion, or specialized needs, powder generation and processing for industrial process. Now MTM series grinding mill has better performance than it.
